Chilean Miners had rescue @last - How long the Banks will take to bounce back ?

Friends, I am glad,Happy to hear and see the miners all rescued with no issues, The planning and execution of the team who did the whole process did a splendid Job in getting them out in one piece. The trust, faith and patience of Miners on the team was instrumental in their rescue.

How am I relating it to Economic downturn ?

There was this Big Mine called wall street, and there are 32(Hypothetical Number related to miners rescued) banks which are helping the big mine to function properly without any issues, the Big miners wanted profits all the time...so their executives and investors can make big bucks, based on the profits.

32 banks with all that they had put every effort into making the whole working style look like a successful model available for profit Mantra. Then there comes a day where the Make look good schemes starts to crumble down the Mine, stuck in the big mine.

If 32 banks operated on their own, I would not have written this article, They have used public funds and public trust to function badly and still get heavy bonuses for the operating executives, If that is the case...why pay somebody so much when his/her Job resume/profile did not contain the word "Loooser", which they did not mention while being selected for that position.

There is a very famous Line going all over the world, "Don't Bite off more than you can chew".

I did the same, but I was punished. compelling me to take financial losses. At the same time the one who encouraged me to chew are rewarded with Bailouts...It seems like the Law of Jungle..

Long Story short...Is this rescue needed ? Why do the Gov have to save this trapped Banks in the MINE>>>

** My Personal opinions in interest for my fellow beings who are in trouble and see no ray hope from Jobs or from Mortgage rescues.

Why I didnot BUY Fnm and Fre is

I was trading FNM and FRE, last year hoping the rebound of market is going to happen, as per the Mantra of Shares, Buy when it is low and selll when it is High, The mantra is not working for all stocks, as FNM and FRE looked to me like a luxorious Titanic, which will be ready to sink preety soon, I resisted my temptation to buy, as it was looking obvious to buy in huge sums and hold it for two or three and make fortune out of it, there was some thing hitting my brains not to do the way pundits are asking you to buy when it is low, the underlying factors of all these articles are they are written not buy warren buffet or other traders who are making fortunes, its written by a interpreter who is trying to analyze, in the sense they can be right or wrong, they them selves dont know, cause if they have known they would have been a big name in the world of investing.

Underlying message is that what is low is not always a hot buy, a hot buy is something where there is a performance and consistency factor.

I am glad I did not pour in to a sinking ship....

Always understand your patterns of investing is not to try to loose few hundered dollars, as that is way it will dive into, you should be always sure of where your investment money makes even few dollars as profit will add to your profits savings.

BRK-B the big catch

was drolling around 72 this past few weeks, Picked up couple more and added to my folio..I have had to double them as per the articles I read, they emphasize on consistency and performance...

Lets see if what they write really is what it is, was my thinking, so I went ahead and bought half of what I hold, let me not get into the numbers I hold....way too small..

so I added up and I did the whole game of wait and watch, too my irony I have seen it grow ten dollars in few weeks, again coming back to interpreting your articles from the whole jungle of internet...The next one I am talking about is some thing called, Exit stratergy...

Exit statergy is crucial for every trader, he should Know when to get out of the whole system with profit, I said to myself 10 dollars per share is good number, previous trades I was kind of holding more to see if I would gain more out of it, but the trends of day and night continues with stocks as well, I totally believe now that stocks have their own days and nights, as we cannot stop that happening, even stocks will not stop coming lows and highs.

this week came out with few hundered dollars, Hopefully the intention of making money in the moving markets is quite a challenge but its the way it is.
